Affordable Attorney Fees & Payment Plans

Most bankruptcy attorneys ask for all or half the fees before they even become your attorney. I only ask for a small down payment for you to retain my services. I will set you up on an affordable payment plan in order for you to pay my reasonable fees.

For as little as $100, I will start working on your case, allowing you to have your creditors call me, and I will take your creditor's calls so you don't have to deal with their harassment. Also, this gets the ball rolling in getting your petition completed. Further, in certain emergency circumstances, a fee arrangement will be done to get your bankruptcy filed more quickly.

In Chapter 13 cases, most of your fees are paid, interest free, through your Chapter 13 repayment plan. You will find that my Chapter 7 fees are competitive as well as affordable.
